Good Morning 


Before you get out of bed, give gratitude to everything. Then meditate & silence your mind. Set intentions for the day. Remind yourself that everything is happening for you, never against you. As you get ready for you me day, play some happy music. Maybe some Bob Marley, I don’t know, but listen to songs that will lift your spirit. Go out into the world with the intention of love!
